i'm tired.

went for a run in the morning. though i really hate running, i must say that running gives you a sense of living because you pant till you feel like you're goin to drop dead the next moment. its refreshing thereafter too...feel more energised to play the games.

havnt played for like 1month+ goin on 2 i think. getting rusty..not that i was very good a player anyways haha so i guessed its ok ya. hoohoo.
heard that my and jason are having a competition at 1pm. the kaypoh me decide to head down to support them.

Its held at Tanglin club, called the Jumbo Doubles Tournament. Tanglin club is the only place in sg with jumbo double courts. cool.
The court was indeed more huge then normal, but having 4 person inside seems to be abit crowded. nevertheless, from the players point of view, they claim to feel like an ant inside the court. yeah right.

it was indeed an eyeopener and definitely not a wasted trip down even though the team lost their second game of the day. the players were really experienced and all their shots were awesome. their strokes were all perfect, and not to their mention their drops and placing of the balls to where they intent it to. the navigation of the ball at ease is ..wah. haha i practically cant take my eyes off them and could only say. wAH. damn pro.
experience is definitely something that comes with age. but being a good player doesnt go the same way. With the right attitude and the appropriate gift, one can be a proud winner all the same. Since it was opens, there was a huge discrepancy in age. I see some old granpas takin on sweet young things in their teen. How unfair i thought. but well, to think again, life's never fair.

victory does not come naturally with the skills u have, but all with the right stroke of luck and timing combination.

so who says networking is not important. being effective and efficient is not enough! heehee.

humans are damn hard to please.
they like to take on challenges and live life the hard way.
make themselves worry, unhappy and angry.
only then will they feel the happiness.
why do we always want what we cant get easily?
how stupid.
